Section 1 – Ticketing Information & Venue Entry
WHAT TICKET TIERS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a variety of ticket tiers that can vary for each tour. Ticket tiers can vary in terms of price, benefits, and quantity available for fans.
TheBilllie World Tour ’Our FLOWERLD (Belllie‘ve You)’ EUROPEtour will feature Fan Engagements: VVIP+, VVIP and VIP Benefit Packages, as well as Premium and Standard PICK-A-POSE Snapshot tickets, SEPARATELY from Concert Admission Tickets. These Fan Engagement tickets are benefits available for ALL FANS that plan to attend the concert. These details will be clearly indicated when purchasing or looking up ticket information.
HOW DO I GET MY TICKET?
For Concert Admission Tickets (Local Vendor):
General Tickets will be sold and distributed by the local ticket vendor. Please read all information provided and follow the terms and conditions of the vendor to ensure you properly receive your tickets and resolve any issues that may arise.
For Fan engagements: Benefits Packages and Snapshot tickets (Kpoptickets.com):
After you purchase your ticket on Kpoptickets.com, you will receive an order confirmation email, as well as a separate email that contains your online ticket. During Check-In, you will present your ticket (either in online format, Apple Wallet, or PDF) to be scanned by one of our staff.
There are NO physical tickets to be mailed out.
WHAT IS EARLY ACCESS?
EARLY ACCESS is a benefit for Studio PAV fans who have previously purchased the highest ticket/benefit package tier in our past tours. You can't sign up for this perk; it's automatically granted to qualifying accounts. They get the first opportunity to buy our highest benefit package tier before it opens to the general public. Once you buy a Top Tier benefit package, you become an EARLY ACCESS member for all future tours. Not ALL tickets are released during Early Access to ensure that all customers have an opportunity to purchase tickets.
Early Access will grant you first access to VVIP+ and VVIP benefit packages.
WHY ARE THE GENERAL ADMISSION (CONCERT TICKETS) SEPERATE FROM THE FAN ENGAGEMENTS?
Ticketing arrangements can be based on the rules and regulations of the city, venue, and all ticketing parties that may be involved. This tour features separate General Admission tickets from all benefits and fan engagements. This will allow fans to customize their experience and participate in a variety of fan engagements.
DO I NEED A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SEPARATE FAN ENGAGEMENTS?
Fans MUST PURCHASE A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET to participate in the additional fan engagements. You cannot present only a VVIP+/VVIP/VIP/Snapshot ticket - you will be denied entry and participation without a concert ticket. Our separate fan engagements DO NOT include entry into the venue.
SOME CITIES HAVE TWO TIERS, WITH EITHER T2 OR GOLD TIER HAVING A DISCOUNT FOR A PERIOD OF TIME. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE AND HOW CAN I PURCHASE THIS TICKET TIER AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE?
For this tour, some cities will have a discount on the lowest ticket tier, which will begin the day of the concert ticket sales, and will last until the date shown on our announcement, or until supplies last.
They are the same ticket tier, meaning that people who purchase a T2 at a discounted price or a full pricewill have access to the same section in the venue. We advise you get your tickets sooner rather than later to obtain adiscount on your ticket!
HOW DOES ENTRY WORK BASED ON MY BENEFIT PACKAGE TIER AND MY TICKET TIER?
After Check-in, benefit package ticket holders will be asked to line up based on their benefit tier. Fan engagements for VVIP+ will take place, then VVIPs will participate, and lastly VIPs will be able to participate in their benefits.
Once done, benefit package ticket holders will be asked to line up based on their benefit tier and the concert admission ticket tier. The admission to the concert will be as follows:
- VVIP+ with T1, VVIP with T1, VIP with T1, T1
- VVIP+ with T2, VVIP with T2, VIP with T2, T2,
- Etc.
IS IT POSSIBLE FOR FANS TO PURCHASE OR UPGRADE THEIR PACKAGE ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW?
This is possible based on availability.You may do so by emailing tickets@studiopav.com with your request. If you are considering upgrading your benefit package, please do so one week before the show date.
WHEN WILL INFORMATION REGARDING LONDON VENUE AND TICKET BE AVAILABLE?
Due to an unforeseen situation, the venue information and tickets for London will be released at a later time. Please be on the lookout for any additional information on our social media @studiopaveurope.

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN THE SEPARATE FAN ENGAGEMENTS
In order to participate, you need to buy an additional package (VVIP+/VVIP/VIP Ticket) OR a Snapshot Ticket AND a General Admission Ticket. It can be ANY general admission ticket (T1, T2, or T3, etc). Any fan can participate in any engagement they wish to!
HOW DO I PICK UP MY PRE-ORDERED SNAPSHOT TICKETS?
Pre-Ordered Snapshot Tickets can be picked-up anytime after Check-In starts. So anytime during Check-In, the concert and after the concert, unless stated otherwise. You will need your Confirmation Email that contains your order number / QR Code so we can check your order. Please look for staff if you have any issues at the venue.
WHEN ARE THE FAN ENGAGEMENTS?
All our Fan Engagements can vary depending on the tour and artist. Typically our Fan Chat, Fan Sign, Hi Touch and Group Photo Benefits all happen BEFORE the concert.
Snapshot Session typically happen AFTER the concert.
All Fan Schedules for each city stop on the tour are released on all our social media platforms about 2-3 weeks before the tour begins. This schedule will outline when everything regarding the event will happen so fans know what is going on and when.
You are responsible for arriving on time for fan engagements. We are not to blame If you do not see the fan schedule and you miss your fan engagements. If this happens, you are also not eligible for a refund.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FAN CHAT AND FAN SIGN?
The Fan Chat session grant fans the opportunity to have a personal 1 on 1 conversation with each member ofBilllie for 1 minute. This includes getting either the poster included with your benefit package, or an album you bring to the concert signed during this time.
Fan Sign session is a quick session where the artists will greet you and sign either the poster provided with your benefit package or an album you bring to the concert signed.
WHAT IS A HI TOUCH AND GROUP PHOTO?
Hi Touch is when you high five each member. The group photo is when you and a group of fans take a picture with the artist group.
WHAT IS THE PICK-A-POSE SNAPSHOT SESSION?
Our fan favorite signature Snapshot Session is exclusively offered by Studio PAV! Our Pick-A-Pose Snapshot Session is where ANY Ticket Holder can take a 1 on 1 polaroid picture with the individual members of the group.
We will offer two snapshot options for this tour: Premium & Standard:
Premium Snapshot – One polaroid photo with the member of your choice. You may purchase up to 5 premium snapshots per member. Image size: 10.6cm x 8.4cm

I’M UNDERAGE, DOES MY LEGAL GUARDIAN HAVE TO GET A BENEFIT PACKAGE TOO?
No, it’s not necessary for them to get a benefit package.
Section 3 – General Information
HOW DO I FIND OUT INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONCERT OR TOUR?
We announce and post EVERYTHING you need to know about our upcoming shows so following us on social media is a MUST! You can follow us @studiopaveurope on facebook, instagram and X.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE CONCERT DAY SCHEDULE?
The Concert Day Schedules for each city will be posted a couple weeks before the start of our tour on all our social media platforms and Facebook Event Pages.
If you would like to get an idea of how the day will work prior to when we release the official concert day schedules, you can check out ANY of the concert day schedules of the past tours we have done. ALL our tours run very similar.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN I GET TO THE VENUE?
Top Tier Ticket Holders (The Highest Tier for that event) should arrive at the venue during check in time that is indicated on the Concert Day Schedule for their city. You may check-in and leave if you would like but it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to return in time to get in the correct line and order before doors open. General Ticket Holders can arrive at the venue closer to when doors open for the event.
All ticket holders must present their ticket during Check In to receive their credentials (if any) and to attend the show.
CAN I BRING A GIFT FOR THE ARTIST?
Handwrittenletters are the only items accepted during the Fan Sign. If you bring any gift it will not be accepted. Please understand that artist is traveling and doesn't not have room to travel with additional items.
This is subject to change at any time per tour due to artist request. If you are unsure of the gift policy for a tour, please contact us!
CAN I BRING MY CAMERA TO THE CONCERT?
No, we do not allow any kind of cameras into our concerts. Only cell phones. This means DLSRs, Point and Shoot, Polaroid, Disposable and any kind of professional cameras with detachable lenses and camcorders are not allowed.
IF YOU TRY TO BRING ANY OF THES ITEMS INTO THE VENUE AGAINST OUR POLICY, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:
1. Take away your camera
2. Dismiss you from the concert
3. Delete any and all images or videos taken with your camera from your SD card
For your first offense, if you get caught by security or staff trying to enter the venue with a camera, we will ask you to put it away, whether in your car or home, and you can return and we will allow you into the concert.
If you are caught a SECOND TIME trying to trying to bring in a camera to the same venue OR ANOTHER VENUE IN ANOTHER CITY of the tour, your entry will be denied into the concert. We also reserve the right to canceled and refund your tickets at any time.
